Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. Free shipping may also apply to select products and promotional offers — eligible items are clearly marked on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your shipment status at any time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer an easy 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Simply contact us at Info@yalzstore.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Yes. Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may need additional time to process the refund to your account.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
