1. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition that you received it
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If free returns apply to your order, this will be confirmed in your return approval email.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yaaqoub93@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Final sale items

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
